Bookings are from Saturday to Saturday, If you require extras please do not hesitate to ask

Keys on arrival can be found in the back of your door.

Arrival. Your accommodation will be ready by 14:30 and should depart by 10:00.

Security deposits should be paid in cash upon arrival and will be returned on departure if all is OK.

Cancellations must reach us as soon as possible, every effort will be made to re-let the accommodation, but failure to re-let, will mean that you will be liable for the full rent.

Cleaning: Outgoing tenants are asked to leave the accommodation in a thoroughly clean and tidy condition. If not a charge of £20 will apply.

Inventory should be checked on arrival and departure.

Pets must be kept under control and on a lead if anti-social. They are not permitted on any of the furniture. They must not be left in the property alone. Please clean up after them when they fowl the grounds. Please bring their own bedding.

Noise: For the sake of other guests, please keep the noise to a reasonable level.

In the event of an emergency, the management reserve the right to enter the property, even in the absence of the tenant.

The owner does not hold themselves responsible for any loss, damage or personal injury, no matter how caused.

Also the owner can not be responsible for any personal items left in the property.
